Requirements:
• 5–8 years’ relevant experience a quantity surveying firm.
• Registered with the SACQSP as a Candidate or Professional Quantity Surveyor
• Education: BSc or BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying
• Proficient in WinQS and DimX, with strong cost reporting and measurement capability
• Experience across commercial, residential, mixed-use and/or infrastructure projects
• Sound working knowledge of standard forms of contract, including JBCC, NEC, FIDIC and GCC
