Senior Lead Structural Engineer Full Time

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Structural Engineer to oversee complex engineering projects, provide strategic technical direction, and build lasting client relationships while driving project success from planning through delivery.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation.
• Lead client engagement and coordinate with contractors and professional teams.
• Support tender preparation and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
• Resolve technical challenges and oversee engineering excellence.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.

Requirements
• BSc, BEng or BTech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• ECSA Professional Registration (Pr. Eng. or Professional Technologist).
• 15–20 years of post-qualification consulting engineering experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a Technical Lead or Project Management role.
• Proven track record delivering complex building and infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract administration experience.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
