Senior Project Manager Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead landmark residential developments and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the built environment.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in as Development Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Principal Agent/Consultant with a strong delivery record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Site management background is essential.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of residential development projects, from town planning to final handover.
• Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with external professional teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and quick resolution of issues.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and produce detailed reports and documentation.
• Maintain strong site presence to guide, support, and oversee project delivery on the ground.
