They are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join their Cape Town team and take full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in Building or Construction Management
• 5+ years’ technical experience within the construction industry.
• 3+ years’ managerial experience managing construction projects and site teams.
• SACPCMP registration as a Construction Manager.
• Proven experience managing building projects from commencement through to completion.
• Strong understanding of HSE, quality management, project programming and cost control.

Responsibilities:
• Take overall responsibility and accountability for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring on-time completion, quality compliance and adherence to safety standards.
• Promote, manage, enforce and monitor HSE requirements across the project site.
• Take full ownership of quality assurance and quality compliance, ensuring construction standards and specifications are consistently maintained.
• Drive both short- and long-term project programming, monitoring progress and implementing corrective measures where required.
