Mechanical Engineer (Building Services) Full Time

Our client has an excellent opportunity for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in building services to join their team in George. This position is suited to an individual who enjoys delivering high-quality engineering solutions and contributing to the successful completion of diverse building projects.

Key Duties:
• Design mechanical building services systems, including HVAC and wet services.
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project execution.
• Ensure all engineering work complies with applicable regulations and quality standards.
• Assist with project planning, design reviews, and technical problem-solving.
• Conduct site assessments and provide engineering support during construction.

Candidate Profile:
• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in mechanical building services consulting.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent technical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload and deliver projects within agreed timeframes.
• A proactive and solution-driven approach to engineering challenges.
