Site Manager Full Time

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Site Manager to join our client’s construction team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing residential and commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries.
• Ensure project timelines and productivity targets are achieved.
• Monitor quality control and compliance with project specifications.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all site documentation is maintained accurately.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple site priorities.
