Quantity Surveyor Full Time NEW

An exciting opportunity awaits a motivated Quantity Surveyor with a consulting background and a passion for delivering quality cost management services. Our client is looking for a professional with 2–4 years of experience who can contribute to projects ranging from residential developments to large-scale commercial and infrastructure works.

Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Education: BSc or BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying.
• Residential, commercial and industrial project experience.
• Proficiency in WinQS and DimX.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop cost plans, estimates and bills of quantities.
• Assist with tender preparation, analysis and procurement recommendations.
• Monitor project expenditure and prepare cost reports.
• Support contract administration and financial control.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects and engineering professionals.
• Help ensure projects meet financial objectives and cost management standards.
