Contracts Manager Full Time

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of residential and commercial construction projects in the Durban region. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional with strong scheduling expertise and a proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion.

Requirements:
• BTech in Construction Management, or a relevant qualification.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in CCS Candy programming is essential.
• Experience working with BuildSmart is advantageous.
• Experience managing both residential and commercial construction projects.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using CCS Candy.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and client communication.
• Monitor project performance to ensure deadlines, quality, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
