Requirements:
• BSC (Hons)Construction Economics/Project/Construction Management / Higher or similar certification
• Must have a minimum of 5–7 years of post-graduate experience in a Project or Contracts Manager role within the construction industry.
• Hold a relevant tertiary qualification, such as a BSc (Hons) in Construction Economics, Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or an equivalent certification.
• Must have an active SACPCMP registration or be registered as a Candidate with the SACPCMP.
• Have successfully completed at least 3 to 4 projects in the capacity of Project or Contracts Manager.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of various contract types, with specific experience in JBCC, NEC, and GCC contracts.
