Senior Project Manager Full Time

You will manage engineering projects through ECSA Stages 4–6 while preparing quotations for new work, managing site engineers, guiding non-professional engineers/technicians in preparing documentation, and be in charge of client liaison. Requirements:
• BEng/BSc/BTech Civil Engineering or similar relevant qualification
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in the commercial, industrial, or residential sectors.
• Professional registration with ECSA/SACPCMP.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Direct and review documentation prepared by non-professional engineers/technicians.
• Manage engineers on site; attend site meetings only when required by the client.
• Oversee project execution, quality, timelines, and cost control.
• Handle procurement documentation, contract preparation, and compliance with standards.
• Support tendering and prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients on technical and commercial matters.
• Ensure proper project close-out, as-built records, and handovers.
