Foreman Full Time

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience working in the property development or construction industry
• Experience working on residential, estates or luxury apartments

Responsibilities:
• Understand and implement site technical requirement and project plans
• Supervise daily task, ensuring all work is completed accurately, on time and to required specifications
• Coordinate and guide site staff, subcontractors and workers with clear instructions
• Monitor and enforce health, safety and quality control standards
• Manage resources, resolve issues on-site and escalates when necessary
