Enterprise Development Specialist Full Time

We are currently seeking an Enterprise Development Specialist to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:
• Relevant Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Development Studies.
• Strong proven experience in SMME incubation, enterprise development strategy, business coaching, and supplier development initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of the B-BBEE Codes of Good Practice, particularly Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) elements.
• Proven track record in conducting business needs analyses, designing tailored developmental interventions, and facilitating growth for emerging micro-enterprises and small businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management, project delivery, and financial analysis skills.

Experience with:
• Designing, implementing, and managing SMME incubation and acceleration programmes Conducting diagnostics and needs assessments to create growth plans for SMMEs Facilitating technical and business support, including mentorship, training, and operational coaching
• Managing Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) fund allocation, compliance, and reporting
• Monitoring SMME growth, operational sustainability, financial performance, and job creation outcomes Liaising with corporate clients, ESD managers, funders, and enterprise development agencies
