Audit Supervisor / Manager Full Time

We are currently seeking an Audit Supervisor / Manager to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:
• Team Oversight: Experience managing and mentoring a multi-layered team, including Line Managers, Supervisors, and Trainee Accountants.
• SAICA Mentorship: Must be an Approved Evaluator for SAICA trainees, with the ability to assess competencies, ethical conduct, and professional development in line with SAICA regulations.
• Strategic Resourcing: Skilled in engagement resourcing, succession planning, and performance management to ensure long-term team growth and audit efficiency.
