Electrical Engineer Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our client’s manufacturing facility in Gauteng. Our client is seeking an experienced engineer with experience in industrial electrical systems, automation, and continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and plant equipment
Lead electrical engineering projects, including equipment installations and upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults to minimise production downtime
Support preventative and predictive maintenance programmes
Ensure compliance with electrical regulations, safety standards, and company procedures
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve plant performance
Develop technical documentation, electrical drawings, and project reports
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and reliability

Minimum Requirements
Matric
BTech Electrical Engineering
Registration with ECSA or eligibility for registration will be advantageous
Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of electrical distribution systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and industrial automation
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
