Process Engineer Full Time

Our client is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join their manufacturing operation. This role is seeking a candidate that has a BTech Chemical Engineering and 5 – 7 years experience as a Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Optimise manufacturing processes to improve productivity and efficiency
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce waste and operational costs
Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement projects
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions where required
Conduct root cause analyses and resolve process-related issues
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and engineering standards
Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Minimum Requirements
BTech Chemical Engineering
5 – 7 Years experience as a Process Engineer in the chemical or manufacturing industry
Understanding of process optimisation and manufacturing systems
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies advantageous
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Communication and project management abilities
