Site Manager Full Time

Requirements:
• Relevant construction qualification
• 8 – 10 years’ experience in managing construction sites
• Experience with residential building (high rise residential is required)
• Knowledge of South African building codes and regulations

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily site operations, including workforce coordination and material deliveries
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor project timelines and report on progress
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and effectively
