Requirements:
• Relevant engineering/construction tertiary qualification
• Relevant engineering/construction tertiary qualification Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Construction Foreman (residential and/or commercial)
• Ability to read drawings and interpret specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and site procedures
• Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure timelines are met
• Cape Town based
