Site Manager Full Time

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. This role allows you to oversee on-site operations across their active projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:
• BTech in relevant field of study
• At least 5 years relevant work experience in civil engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience as a site manager
• Understanding of project management

Responsibilities:
• Ensure tasks meet the desired standards for safety, quality and efficiency
• Be the key liaison between engineers, subcontractors and the project team
• Keep site reports, schedules and progress updates clear and up to date
