Senior Estimator Full Time

Requirements:
• BSc/ BTech in Quantity Surveying
• At least 10 years relevant work experience in a construction environment
• Proficient in CCS and BuildSmart

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the full tender process for roads and earthwork projects
• Prepare accurate take offs, pricing, and rate build using CCS
• Analyse drawings, specs and contractual documents to develop winning bids
• Engage with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing and inputs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure realistic and executable cost plans
• Support tender adjudication and seamless handover to project teams
