Quantity Surveyor Full Time

Requirements:
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, CCS and Buildsmart
• Understanding of industry standards, construction methods and materials
• Understanding of JBCC contracts

Responsibilities:
• Assess and measure tender documents
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates
• Manage and negotiate payments and final accounts
• Measure and evaluate variations
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and provide regular cost updates
