Quality Manager – Gauteng Full Time

Our client is looking for a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and food safety initiatives within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Quality Management System, ensuring food safety compliance and leading audit programmes in the organisation

Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and maintenance of quality and food safety management systems
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO standards, and customer requirements
Manage quality inspections, laboratory activities, and product release processes
Conduct trend analysis and implement quality improvement initiatives
Lead root cause investigations and corrective action programmes
Prepare for and manage customer, regulatory, and certification audits
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve manufacturing performance and product quality

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Diploma Food Technology
Leadership experience within a food manufacturing quality environment
Knowledge of food safety legislation, HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, and quality management systems
Leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
