CNC Programmer Full Time

An opportunity has become available for a CNC Programmer to join our client’s manufacturing facility in Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimising CNC programs that support efficient production while maintaining the highest quality standards

Duties and Responsibilities
Create and modify CNC programs for production machining
Interpret engineering drawings and product specifications
Optimise machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce scrap
Support machine setup and first-off inspections
Troubleshoot machining and programming challenges
Recommend tooling improvements and process enhancements
Work closely with production and quality teams to achieve production objectives
Maintain accurate programming documentation and revision records

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Toolmaker Trade Test advantageous
3 – 5 Years CNC programming experience within a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Edgecam and Mastercam
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
