Requirements:
• At least 8 years post graduate experience overseeing multi-disciplinary building projects as a consultant ideally in the private sector
• Be professional registered with a relevant body such as SACPCMP/PMI/ECSA
• Skilled in multidisciplinary design coordination

Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex, multi-disciplinary building projects from beginning to end and guide diverse technical teams
• Meet stakeholder expectations, maintain commercial excellence, uphold quality standards and foster team cohesion and satisfaction to ensure the successful delivery of building projects
• Manage cross-border building projects and lead teams across multiple countries
• Take on budgetary and financial responsibilities for project execution
• Lead the tendering process and prepare project proposals
• Oversee resource management across multiple project locations, ensuring optimal utilization
