Professional Construction Manager – Roads Full Time NEW

An exciting opportunity exists for a Professional Construction Manager to join our client on a significant SANRAL infrastructure development in Gauteng. They are seeking a seasoned construction professional who can successfully lead complex roads and earthworks projects from execution through to completion.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Studies
• Professional registration with SACPCMP is mandatory
• Proven experience on SANRAL roads and earthworks projects
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure construction processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale project teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness

Responsibilities:
• Direct and manage daily construction operations
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractor activities
• Track project milestones and maintain programme performance
• Identify and mitigate construction risks
• Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders
• Drive compliance with SANRAL requirements and industry best practices
• Support successful project delivery through effective leadership and planning
