Professional Construction Manager (PrCM) Full Time NEW

Our client is seeking an experienced PrCM / PrCPM to take ownership of building projects in Cape Town. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned construction professional with strong project delivery expertise to manage complex developments from inception through to completion.

Requirements:
• BSc in Construction Management or equivalent
• PrCM or PrCPM registration with the SACPCMP essential
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience on building projects
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field
• Strong contract administration and site coordination skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full lifecycle of building construction projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and compliance standards
• Monitor site progress and resolve project-related issues
