Legal Officer Full Time NEW

We are currently seeking a Legal Officer to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in law or equivalent qualification.
• 5 – 10 years’ experience in a legal role with a focus on insurance law, contract law and related matters is required.
• Knowledge of Insurance Legislation and Regulations including, Short-term insurance Act, Long-term insurance Act, FAIS. Companies Act, POPI, TCF Principles, etc.
