Practice Automation Specialist and Consultant Full Time

We are currently seeking a Practice Automation Specialist and Consultant to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Completed SAICA or SAIPA Articles
• SAICA or SAIPA membership advantageous but not essential
• 1 – 3 years’ accounting practice experience (including articles)
• Experience within a small to medium-sized accounting practice
• Demonstrated, self-initiated automation of repetitive work (e.g. macros, advanced spreadsheet tooling, scripts, workflow automations) – essential and will be tested
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, Power Query or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of SARS eFiling and standard practice workflows
• Exposure to Make/Zapier/Power Automate, Google Apps Script, APIs or AI tools advantageous but not required
• Xero advantageous
