Investment Analyst Full Time NEW

An exciting opportunity is available for an Investment Analyst to join a leading investment firm.

In this role, you’ll provide portfolio administration support, including investment valuations, conduct market and investment research, and assist with deal execution across a diverse investment portfolio. You will also play a key role in fundraising activities by preparing investor marketing materials, building and maintaining financial models, and managing information flow with external stakeholders through virtual data rooms.

Requirements:

• Post graduate bachelor’s degree in finance.
• A master’s degree in business or finance will be an added advantage.
• A CA / CFA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in private equity and/ or equivalent (preferably infrastructure related)
• Experience in supporting execution of investment transactions.
– Sound experience in building & maintaining financial models non-negotiable.
– Sound experience in performing DCF and other valuations methodologies on portfolio companies non-negotiable.
