Data Engineer Full Time

Our client is looking for a technically strong Data Engineer who enjoys working beyond traditional ETL development. The successful candidate will combine solid data engineering fundamentals with practical analytics experience to transform complex datasets into valuable business insights while collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and validate data quality.
• Analyse complex datasets using Python and modern analytical techniques.
• Support business reporting and insight-driven projects.
• Interpret business requirements and provide meaningful analytical outputs.
• Work with imperfect datasets to identify trends and solve business challenges.
• Ensure reliable data practices through sound engineering principles.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong Python programming skills with pandas and NumPy.
• Experience working directly with analytical datasets.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts and data management practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex business problems using data.

Preferred Experience
• Analytics Engineering or Data Analytics background.
• Exposure to Business Intelligence environments.
• Client-facing analytics experience.
