Corporate Finance Executive Full Time

We are currently seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:
• CA(SA) and or CFA qualification
• Minimum 3 years corporate finance or private equity experience
• Exceptional financial modelling (Excel), document writing (Word) and presentation (PowerPoint) skills
• Extreme attention to detail and focus on always delivering high quality work for clients
• Highly self-driven and motivated with ability to work under pressure to meet tight client deadlines
• Ability to engage professionally with blue chip clients and equity/debt funders
• Ability to lead and train additional staff that may be brought on board in the future
• Ability to originate additional dealflow
