Corporate Finance Analyst Full Time

Our client is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Finance Analyst to support financial modelling, transaction analysis, valuations, and strategic decision-making. This role is suited to a finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and an interest in corporate transactions and business performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
* Perform financial analysis and company valuations.
* Assist with mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and other corporate finance transactions.
* Conduct industry, market, and competitor research.
* Analyse financial statements and assess business performance.
* Support due diligence processes and transaction execution.
* Prepare financial reports, presentations, and investment memoranda.
* Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
* Assist with transaction documentation and financial information requirements.
* Provide analytical support on strategic finance projects.

Requirements

Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field.
Experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, financial analysis, or a related environment would be advantageous.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
