Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent
• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the construction and building industry, with a strong preference for high-density residential projects.
• Must have worked across multiple sites on large-scale residential developments.
• In-depth understanding of various contract types, particularly those aligned with JBCC, NEC, and GCC frameworks.
• Proficient in MS Project or similar project management software.
• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities with the capability to effectively manage on-site teams, drive project milestones, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
