Commercial Manager Full Time

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in a commercial role within the construction industry
• Proven track record on large scale commercial or mixed use developments
• Professional registration is advantageous

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all commercial aspects of major construction projects
• Manage contract negotiations, cost planning and forecasting
• Lead the commercial team and support site based quantity surveyors
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations
