Coastal Engineer Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Structural/Civil Engineer to take on a key role within a dynamic engineering environment in Cape Town. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful infrastructure projects within the coastal and heavy civil engineering sector.

Requirements:
• BSc / BEng (Civil Engineering)
• 8–12 years’ relevant professional experience
• Strong background in port, coastal, or heavy civil works
• Experience in both consulting/design office and site environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Self-driven with strong project ownership ability

Responsibilities:
• Deliver structural and coastal engineering design solutions
• Oversee execution of projects on-site and within design environments
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout project lifecycle
• Manage timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
• Contribute to innovative engineering solutions for complex civil works
