Senior Electrical Engineer – Solar Full Time

Our client has been in the renewable energy sector for over a decade, and they’re on the hunt for a Senior Electrical Engineer to help design cutting-edge sustainable power solutions. We’re looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Solar PV and BESS systems. You’ll lead engineering projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive innovation in the renewable energy space. Requirements:
• Professional registration with ECSA, or eligibility to register within the next year.
• Minimum 7 years of post-qualification electrical engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the design of Solar PV sites of 1MW and above (including utility-scale projects), as well as BESS systems of 500kWh or higher.
• Experience in supporting the implementation and operations of Solar PV sites 1MW (including utility scale sites) and higher, and BESS 500kWh or higher.
• Minimum 4 years of experience managing a team.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PVSyst, Helioscope & AutoCAD electrical.
