Senior Accountant Full Time

We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our reputable client’s team.

 

Requirements:

• Relevant Accounting/Finance degree or diploma
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
• Previous experience within an accounting practice is essential
• Strong knowledge of South African tax legislation
• Good understanding of IFRS for SMEs
• Experience with financial statement preparation and review
• Strong VAT and SARS e-filing experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Sage, Xero, CaseWare or similar accounting software advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
