Our client, a reputable and growing PQS consultancy, is seeking a detail orientated and driven professional to join their team. You’ll become an integral part of a dynamic team that delivers precise, value – driven cost management solutions across a wide range of projects including commercial buildings, high end residential developments and large-scale mixed-use precincts.

You’ll gain hands on experience across the entire project lifecycle from feasibility studies and cost planning, through tender documentation and procurement, all the way to contract administration, progress valuations and final account settlements. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy and mentorship.

You’ll work alongside seasoned senior professionals who are invested in your development, offering guidance to strengthen both your technical knowledge and your path toward professional registration. Requirements:
• BSc/ BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
• 2 – 4 years’ experience working within PQS consulting firms
• Understanding of JBCC, FIDIC or NEC contracts
• Proficient in DimX and WinQS
