Project Administrator Full Time

Our client is seeking a well-organised Project Administrator to provide essential administrative and coordination support across project teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can manage competing priorities, and communicates confidently with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12.
• 1–3 years’ experience in administration, project administration, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documentation, and project information.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Professional and confident communication skills.
• Advantageous
• Project Management certification.
• Previous experience within an IT, software, or technology environment.
• Experience with Jira, Monday.com, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience supporting software development or technology projects.
