Our client is looking for a Professional Construction Project Manager who’s ready to lead high-impact projects and elevate their clients’ vision from concept to completion.
You will take full ownership of project delivery — ensuring works are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, stakeholders, and clients to steer projects from planning through execution and final handover.
Requirements:
• At least 10 years relevant post professional registration experience in a construction environment
• Registration with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager
• Understanding of MS Office, PMBOK and Primavera
• Knowledge of JBCC, NEC, GCC and other relevant building contracts
Education: Degree in Project Management/ BSc/ BTech in Engineering
