Operations Executive – Roads and Earthworks Full Time

As the Operations Executive you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee project execution, and drive operational excellence across multiple high impact projects. You’ll be the architect of performance, safety and sustainability in everything from road corridors and interchanges to mining infrastructure and bulk earthworks.

Requirements:
• BSc/ BEng/ BTech in Civil Engineering
• At least 15 years relevant experience with 5 years in an executive/ senior position
• Professional registration with SACPCMP and/ or ECSA
• Understanding of NEC/ FIDIC and COLTO contracts
• Proficient in CCS, Buildsmart and planning and programming software

Responsibilities:
• Drive profitability for Roads and Earthworks division
• Implement and oversee strategies for operational excellence
• Develop and track key business growth initiatives
• Review and guide tender submissions
• Uphold SHEQ and wellness standards
