One of our top clients within the mining sector are seeking highly experienced Legal Advisor to join their department at their operation based in the North West.

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following minimum requirements:

• BSc Degree in Business Admin, Law, or Related
• Membership / Registration with a Legal or Company Secretariat Professional Body (CGISA)

Knowledge and Experience:
• Mining Experience
• Minimum 6 Years in a Secretarial / Governance Position
• Understanding of Corporate Laws, Regulations, etc.
