My client is looking for an Innovations Manager, based in DBN, with an In-Office model.
Requirements:
• Strong technical understanding of system integrations (APIs, flat files, database connectivity).
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with the ability to interpret SQL queries and validate data.
• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and data flow within contact centre environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services, automation tools, and AI technologies.
• Proven ability to lead innovation, AI, or automation initiatives.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills.
• Experience managing vendors or external technology partners.
• Understanding of ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, data protection, and responsible AI principles.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Innovation, Technology Management, or Business Administration advantageous.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Innovation Management beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years in innovation, digital transformation, or technology-driven roles.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience.
