Information Security Management System (ISMS) Manager Full Time

Our client is looking for a confident and experienced Information Security Management System (ISMS) Manager to oversee enterprise-wide security governance, risk management, and compliance activities. This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy by ensuring the organisation remains secure, compliant, and audit-ready within a regulated online gaming environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Managing and enhancing the organisation’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System.
• Leading governance, risk, compliance, and information security assurance initiatives.
• Monitoring enterprise risks and ensuring effective control frameworks are maintained.
• Supporting regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the business.
• Advising senior leadership on security posture, risk exposure, and compliance obligations.
• Developing policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Partnering with business units to improve organisational security maturity.
• Driving ongoing security awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate
• Degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Information Security Management role.
• Holds at least one of the following certifications: CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Experience within iGaming, betting, casino, gambling, or other regulated transaction environments is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of ISO 27001, enterprise risk management, and security governance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead governance initiatives and deliver measurable compliance outcomes.
