Estimator Full Time

Requirements:
• 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience in estimating for civil infrastructure projects
• On site civil engineering experience
• Proficiency with CCS Candy and BuildSmart

Responsibilities:
• Prepare comprehensive and accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects (roads, earthworks, pipelines, stormwater, and related infrastructure)
• Interpret project drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to assess material, labour, and time requirements
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes, ensuring alignment with project scope and budget expectations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, risks, and value-engineering options early in the tender process
