Engineering Manager Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to manage the engineering and maintenance function in our client’s Food/ Beverage manufacturing facility in the Western Cape. Our client is seeking a candidate with experience managing engineering projects and delivering operational excellence

Key Responsibilities
Manage the engineering and maintenance teams to maximise plant performance
Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and plant expansion initiatives
Continuous improvement programmes to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
Manage engineering budgets, contractors, and capital expenditure
Ensure compliance with engineering standards, health and safety legislation, and environmental requirements
Monitor engineering KPIs and implement performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with production and senior management to achieve business objectives

Minimum Requirements
Matric
BTech Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
GCC
Proven experience as an Engineering Manager within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong knowledge of plant engineering, maintenance management, and asset reliability
Experience leading multidiscipl
