Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes, support system enhancements, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful business value.
Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and requirements engineering.
Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Draw.io, Visio, or similar.
Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, and test scripts.
Good understanding of data flows and system integrations.
Experience with project or workflow tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, or similar.
Exposure to CRM, ERP, or e-commerce platforms such as Zoho or Shopify would be advantageous.
