We are currently seeking a Senior Tax Administrator to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and application of Income Tax, VAT, Customs & Excise, and the Tax Administration Act
• Management of provisional tax and tax computations, including CGT, estates, dividends etc.
• Strong Vat Knowledge and application of Vat Principles – including DRC Vat
• Handling SARS queries, verifications, audits, and correspondence
• Drafting and managing objections and appeals, ADR proceedings, and Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP) submissions
• Preparing and submitting Section 200 compromise applications
• Providing tax planning and advisory services to support business decisions
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and risk management
• Managing customs and import/export tax matters
• Leading and coordinating the tax team to meet statutory deadlines, and Workflow management and allocation
• Implementing internal controls to prevent penalties and interest, by ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and effective use of SARS eFiling systems
• Monitoring legislative amendments and SARS Interpretation Notes (CPD compliance)
